Brandon Flynn is the Chief Operating Officer of Associated Adjusting, where he oversees daily operations, strategic planning, and organizational performance. With a career built on adaptability, leadership, and hands-on experience, Brandon brings a well-rounded perspective to the adjusting industry.
Before stepping into his current role, Brandon held several key positions at AAN (Associated Adjusters Network), including Field Adjuster, Trainer, and Account Manager. These roles gave him a deep understanding of the claims process and a strong foundation in client service and team leadership.
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Brandon owned Wallace Builders LLC, where he and a close friend Matt who owned Big Sky Construction built over 300 cabins in the Gatlinburg, Tennessee area. His career began as a Field Engineer with Sevier County Electric System, where he gained valuable experience in infrastructure and field operations.
While free time is limited, Brandon enjoys supporting his daughters’ passions. He can often be found at the barrel races cheering on his youngest daughter, Hayden, or in the stands watching his oldest daughter, Savannah, play Division I softball for Liberty University. If the girls have an off-weekend Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay on Douglas lake on their boat or getting the opportunity to play a round of golf or watching his VOLS play.
Brandon’s professional journey is rooted in hard work, integrity, and a results-driven mindset—values that continue to guide his leadership today.
