Inspection and reporting on Daily Claims is done with best practices and adherence to individual client guidelines. Our entire management system is built around a 7 day or under cycle time target. Quick, efficient claims handling is a hallmark of our daily program.

Associated Adjusting has a very broad and a very deep adjuster roster that allows us to provide solid Catastrophe response while continuing to service our daily claim obligations. CAT services are tailored to the needs of the client and can include an on-site claims manager, team leads, review staff, dedicated support phone lines and detailed performance reporting as directed by the client. Once the storm response is winding down, Associated Adjusting will still have a Daily presence to assist with late reported claims, reinspections or re-opens for agreed repairs.

Associated Adjusting can provide an experienced, appropriately licensed large loss adjuster to assist with high value losses anywhere in the United States. This includes both residential and commercial property adjusters.

Associated Adjusting will send an appropriately licensed adjuster, with the appropriate level of experience to inspect your reported claim. The loss will be thoroughly documented via photos, scope notes and measured dimensions to ensure accurate reporting. The claim report and estimate will be written in the platform requested or required by the client; these include both Xactimate and Symbility.

When clients need additional staff for increased claim volume, we can assist with providing experienced desk adjusters to evaluate, process, and settle property insurance claims to meet the state reporting guidelines. This includes both remote work and/or on-site as needed by the client.
