Troy Shaw has spent the last 38 years as a public speaker, operations officer, and corporate trainer, delivering training seminars across the globe. He has served as an Associate Trainer for John Maxwell’s EQUIP organization, representing the program in the Philippines, Bulgaria, Zambia, and South Africa.

Troy entered the insurance adjusting field sixteen years ago with no prior experience when he was hired as a field adjuster by Cross Country Adjusting. His strong work ethic, drive, and integrity propelled him quickly through the ranks. In November 2023, Cross Country Adjusting was acquired by Alacrity Solutions, where Troy assumed the role of Director of Training and Development, managing the company’s training schedule and facility.

In May 2025, Troy joined the Associated Adjusting team as Chief Business Development Officer. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining the company’s brand presence, cultivating relationships with key clients, and shaping the organization’s strategic direction.

Troy is known for his unique ability to connect with audiences of all ages through humor and thought-provoking dialogue. He holds a master’s degree in Leadership and resides in Hoschton, Georgia.
