As the Director of Training, I assist our team in coordinating training and communication throughout our claims handling pipeline. I am involved in recruiting, claims intake and assigning claims; I am also involved in training adjusters that may be new to the industry, or maybe just new to us to ensure that client service and quality are of the highest standard that we can set. Each department plays a vital role in cycle times and quality and I assist with helping the process operate as efficiently as possible.
I began working with the company in 2005, when it was in it’s infancy as an independent adjuster covering the state of Georgia. Over the past 20 years, I have conducted training classes, worked as an account manager, and spent over 10 years marketing our adjusting services to the insurance industry.
My combined experience has been very helpful in my current position, tying our processes together, increasing the awareness of how each process affects the other and the need for standardized methods and procedures. I attribute my personal successes to the providence of God. I have been blessed to be a part of our company’s successful growth in our marketplace.
In my spare time, I enjoy military history and spoiling my granddaughters. I have learned that the biggest difference between kids and grandkids is that it was much easier to get up out of the floor after playing with the kids. 😉 Our bodies are what betrays youth to age, but the smiles and giggles of these grandbabies make the aches and pains worth it!
