Matthew Hicks is a dedicated QA Auditor at Associated Adjusting, known for his precision and consistency in high-volume environments. With strong expertise in writing polished reports, catching estimate errors, and improving review workflows, Matthew played a key role in revamping a review team to boost both speed and quality. He has hands-on experience across a wide range of claim types—including wind, hail, water, fire, and liability—bringing adaptability and insight to every file he reviews.

 

Outside of work, Matthew is a passionate disc golfer and proudly competed in the Junior Disc Golf World Championship during his senior year of high school.
