With over 15 years of experience in property insurance adjusting, Genie Marino brings a well-rounded perspective to AAN. From residential and condo claims to farm, ranch, inland marine, liability, flood, and catastrophe work, she’s seen—and adjusted—it all. Armed with a diverse background from working for carriers and independent firms in various roles, she has a knack for understanding each customer’s individual processes, guidelines and overall adjusting needs. 

Genie leads her teams with a mix of professionalism and mom humor. She has a passion for mentoring less-experienced colleagues and turning them into well-polished, ethical claims adjusters. She also has AIC and AINS insurance designations, an MBA and understands the importance of continuing education to keep up with the ever-changing insurance environment. 

When she’s not managing the TPA program or solving claim puzzles, you’ll find her knee-deep in a home improvement project she has no intention of finishing. She also loves modified fishing (where someone else baits the hook and removes the fish), gardening, and keeping her two goldendoodles from digging up her hard work.
