Tyler Lawson is an experienced insurance professional serving as an Associate Account Manager and Claims Training Coordinator. In this dual role, Tyler delivers exceptional customer service by managing client inquiries, resolving claim-related issues, and supporting accurate, efficient claim processing. He collaborates closely with claims adjusters to provide administrative assistance and ensure smooth case handling from start to finish.
As the company’s dedicated trainer, Tyler mentors and coaches new and existing adjusters, tailoring instruction to individual learning needs and fostering continuous professional development. He monitors adjuster progress, offers actionable feedback, and recommends targeted training opportunities to enhance performance and consistency.
Tyler began his career in claims with AAN in 2009 as a daily field adjuster shortly after turning 18. Since then, he has gained extensive experience across daily, catastrophe, and large-loss adjusting, bringing a well-rounded perspective to his current leadership and training responsibilities.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing at the lake, and staying active through fitness.
