As CFO for Associated Adjusting, Mark oversees the finances of the company. He, and the finance team, manage day-to-day accounting, external and internal auditing, budgeting, and modeling to provide senior management with the accurate results and critical insights required to drive the growth of Associated Adjusting. Mark joined the Associated Adjusting team in March 2025 after more than two decades of Finance and Operations management in retail, distribution, and manufacturing industries. Creating and improving processes and procedures to maximize efficiency, accuracy of reporting and risk management has been a common thread throughout his career. 

Mark and his wife, Jill, relocated from Rochester, NY to Knoxville in 2021 and have two grown children that they enjoy traveling to visit as often as they can.
