Our History

AAN started in 2004 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Built on old fashion service and a quality product, the company quickly grew into Alabama and Georgia at the request of our clients. This was soon followed by an expansion into covering the entire Southeastern Region of the U.S., and soon afterward, AAN began to offer property claim services across the entire country.

The backbone of our business has been daily claims. When we expanded into providing catastrophe coverage, our existing relationships and familiarity with client guidelines helped to make our Catastrophe Claims Handling a resounding success. 

Our Commitment to Quality

With reporting guidelines and procedures in place, it is our goal to provide quality, consistent reporting in a timely manner to assist our clients in quickly resovling the claim. Every claim report and estimate goes through our quality control team and is reviewed for accuracy, consistency and adherence to client guidelines before being submitted to the client.
