Jimmy Hicks serves as CEO of AAN, a national independent adjusting company known for its commitment to quality, responsiveness, and innovation.

With a strong background in leadership and operations, Jimmy has helped shape AAN into a trusted partner across the insurance industry, focused on delivering results and exceeding expectations.

When he's not leading teams or tackling strategic challenges, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his family and finds peace working outside—especially on a freshly mowed lawn.

As CFO for Associated Adjusting, Mark oversees the finances of the company. He, and the finance team, manage day-to-day accounting, external and internal auditing, budgeting, and modeling to provide senior management with the accurate results and critical insights required to drive the growth of Associated Adjusting.

Mark joined the Associated Adjusting team in March 2025 after more than two decades of Finance and Operations management in retail, distribution, and manufacturing industries. Creating and improving processes and procedures to maximize efficiency, accuracy of reporting and risk management has been a common thread throughout his career.

Mark and his wife, Jill, relocated from Rochester, NY to Knoxville in 2021 and have two grown children that they enjoy traveling to visit as often as they can.

Brandon Flynn is the Chief Operating Officer of Associated Adjusting, where he oversees daily operations, strategic planning, and organizational performance. With a career built on adaptability, leadership, and hands-on experience, Brandon brings a well-rounded perspective to the adjusting industry.

Before stepping into his current role, Brandon held several key positions at AAN, including Field Adjuster, Trainer, and Account Manager. These roles gave him a deep understanding of the claims process and a strong foundation in client service and team leadership.

Prior to entering the insurance industry, Brandon owned Wallace Builders LLC, where he and a close friend Matt who owned Big Sky Construction built over 300 cabins in the Gatlinburg, Tennessee area. His career began as a Field Engineer with Sevier County Electric System, where he gained valuable experience in infrastructure and field operations.

While free time is limited, Brandon enjoys supporting his daughters' passions. He can often be found at the barrel races cheering on his youngest daughter, Hayden, or in the stands watching his oldest daughter, Savannah, play Division I softball for Liberty University.

Brandon's professional journey is rooted in hard work, integrity, and a results-driven mindset—values that continue to guide his leadership today.
